I had an echo done at work when the American Screening Association visited and the ultrasound tech said I have mitral valve prolapse with mild regurgitation.
The second echo, done at a doctor's office by a different tech, indicated I have a “leaky valve” with mild regurgitation, but no prolapse.
How can these be different?
