I know it can't be healthy for the eyes to use allergy drops each couple hours and Claratin doesn't help the itchy eyes only the other symptoms
Answer: Try benadryl.
I had the same thing happen, my doctor 'most definetely' recommended it.
I also used eyedrops when i took benadryl, it went away swift.
