Answer: I think you're speaking about geographical tongue. It is usually caused from eating something acidic like pineapple or ketchup. When I get it I gargle with hydrogen peroxide or listerine. It's uncomfortable but usually goes away in a day or two.

All I’ve eaten today was Cinnamon Applesauce and a Sandwich. I got the hives before I ate the sandwich.
