For the past few years I've become aware of the fact that I’ve a problem with eating ice cream. After indulging in a bowl, my throat swells and my breathing will actually stop if I go to sleep within four or five hours of eating it. I wake gasping for breath and feel like my throat is closing up. It's awful. I don't have any problem with eating milk products so I don't think this is a lactose allergy. I don't have any problem with nuts either. Any ideas what else could be causing such a reaction?
Answer:
It is probably something they add to the ice cream, like carraghean. Try eating homemade ice cream and see if it bothers you. I have a feeling that you will do all right with homemade ice cream.
Answer:
maybe whats in the ice cream? chocolate?? idk just guessing you can always go to the doc and they can do allergy tests id tell my doctor(idk if u have) i mean not breathing is a serious problem
Answer:
It could be the type of ice cream or the producer of the ice cream.
