I had a really bad allergy day…I took Allegra, Singular and benadryl along with the some Afrin nasal spray…My co-worker stated I over did it. Did I? I feel fine other than a tiny woozy from the benadryl?

Answer:
You did. Allegra, Singulair and Benadryl all treat the same thing. It's best to take EITHER the Allegra or Singulair. The other two are mild enough that there isn't a problem mixing..

Answer:
Yes.

Allergies are a natural thing, and I personally don't believe that you should be solving them with drugs, no matter how bad they’re.

Try using some vicks vapo rub.

But, more relating to your question: Generally, pills that you take should NOT be mixed with other pills (at least at the same time.) Or 'liqupid' pills, or whatever if the medicaton is liquid. I think if you took just 1 and waited for it to set in, it would definitely do the trick. Trust me, you don't need all those drugs in your system.
