I've been trying to find out, but so far, nothing has come up…

Not really…

Latex has a complex molecular structure (not unlike that of a protein) made up of biopolymer polyisoprenoids , (which is why some people are allergic) whereas "bleach" usually just means sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl), a very simple molecule.

Why do you ask?
