Whenever my friend comes to visit and my sister is around, he feels like he want to faint and his face gets flushed and heart racing.
Answer:
it could be something that she uses often (certai deoderants, sprays, etc.) that’s moving from her to him when she gets close that could be causing a reaction but normally and allergic reaction would cause redness or bloating…
he could also just be incredibly in love with her haha 
that would explain everything
