For me I found that laying more elevated (more pillows/ a wedge) helps my sinuses. I have post nasal drip so I'm bound to get stuffy in the morning but this has really helped me tremendously!

Answer:
Check for allergies. Sometimes it is good to clean pillow and bedding deeply, then air it outside. Can put sesame oil in nostrils at night. Also check your diet, especially mucous forming foods.
Answer:
You may want to talk to your doctor about prescribing a nasal steroid like nasacort. You spray into both nostrils twice before bed time and it helps shrink the nasal membranes while you sleep.
Unlike Afrin and other sprays there is no risk of addiction and there are no "rebound" affects associated.
Answer:
I would recommend covering your pillow with dust mite covers. This is a very common allergy and the covers will prevent you from breathing the allergens in all night long as you sleep. I would also recommend taking Zyrtec and a nasal spray before you go to bed and see if that helps out.
Good luck!
