what foods should i avoid because almost everything have wheat in it ? what foods should i use for her
Answer:
There are many books about this - check for celiac and gluten free. There are also food lists available. She can't have anything breaded (like fried chicken) unless you do it and you know the coating is corn. She can't have any wheat bread (Ezekiel breads do have wheat), but she can have rice, rice cakes, and bread made out of other flours (marked Gluten Free and usually found in the frozen food section). Most corn bread has wheat flour in it.
She can't have Cheerios, but she can have buckwheat, grits, and quiona. She can't have pizza, unless you make it with gluten-free flour.
She can have fruit, meat, cheese and chocolate (as long as there is no cookie inside of it).
This will take a lot of adjusting, but she'll feel much better.

Answer:
my friend can't have sucrose, wheat or gluten. her family found a company (i think it's called ecokids) at a local health food store that sells foods that don't have any of that stuff in it. She ahs her own meals and can buy frozen meals online that don't have wheat.
