Is it effective? Anyone who has experience with this?

Well, it's described as using a low energy dual wavelength light beam' and is medically approved. Supposedly deals with allergies.
Looks like a gadget from Doctor Who.
But I think you need to ask a physician or persist with the question on here to maybe find someone who has used one.
