I use Flonase as well and love it, but my dad just started taking that verimist (it's new) and he states it's the best thing he's ever used!
I also take zyrtec which just went over the counter and it helps a lot.

This sounds gross but it does help, put a small amount vaseline on a Q-tip, and put it in your nose and wipe it around, this sounds weird, I know But it does work
