What do i do to the rash?

i don't know if these red little thingy on my face rash but here's the picture..

it's the left side of my face. i used to have only at the right side and now, i got it on both sides of my face now and really scare.

please let me know what you think except going to physician. i just want to know an alternative way to treat rash except going to docter.

it's hard to see in the picture - but with a rash, usually an over the counter medicine will work well. you can take an allergy pill like benedryl or similar. you can get creams to put on your rash - especially if it's itchy. and if all else fails, i find that sometime a cool, wet washcloth takes some of the anguish away.
