IAM SO SCARED ONLY EXPERIENCED PEOPLE ANSWER…
I been having pain in in my uturus (CRAMPS) and once on 1 side once on the other side. Iam uncomftable in some positions but sometimes it injured lower and then it stops and i been feeling sick and i was trying to get pregnant and i missed my period and i was spotting 2 weeks ago and i havent been bleeding ever since it was juts a tiny blood and it was brownish sometimes i feel butterflies and my stomach feels heavy but Iam really scared because if i do have the cancer i wont be able to have a baby and another 1 i been tired a lot and iam young way younger than 30 i really need help please help which 1 does it sounds like?
i only bleed 2weeks ago when i was spotting and it was very tiny

You need to see a doctor immediately! It might well be an ectopic pregancy…been there done that! It is a very serious situation requiring immediate treatment. The fallopian tubes are on the side of your uterus and will cause the mentioned pain…and it's horrific pain!
I felt like you did and kept waiting for things to change…I had my right fallopian tube removed and it was in the process of rupturing due the the growing fetus inside the tube. Obviously the baby cannot survive in this environment and I came close to not making it either.
Get yourself to the physician or ER!
