Cigarettes…?

Ok so I want to convince my father to quit smoking. So I wanna try to make a slideshow like thing. But what I want is a list of some of the most like effective ingredients. So please give me some, thank you soooo much!!! =]

I'm sure if you google “cigarette ingredients” you'll come up with lists of stuff. All I have the ability to think of off the top of my head is Polonium, cyanide, and nicotine. Arsenic, too I think.

I doubt a slide show will help. Just speak to him, tell him how you feel about his smoking. I've been at it for years, and I finally got my father to quit. Just my mom left now.

Truth of the matter is this: Fact - It is easier to quit heroin than it is smoking, and also, it doesn't matter what you or anyone else wants! HE has to want to. And until that happens, you can only sit tight and let him know that you love him and there for him if he needs you! If you think any different than you are kidding yourself!

i have been a smoker for about 4 years…nothing that i have heard or seen has been able to make me quit.

it is such an addiction, a slideshow with pictures of nasty lungs and all that more than likely won't help someone quit….
