in 2006 i remember getting a splinter on the bottom on my butt. it never got taken care of and it never got taken out. now, the same exact spot there’s a lump under the skin. also, it's like darken where it is. nearly like a mole. but it's not black. it's greyish
could it be a tumor? could it be cancer? what should i do?
my insurence gets cut off friday.

Call your doctors office and tell them about this, and also make sure they know you’re losing insurance by Friday. If they cannot see you, then go to the emergency room, again do it by Friday. It's probably just a cyst or other irritation from the splinter you mentioned, but might as well get it checked while you still have coverage. At least they’ll be able to take that splinter out!
I wouldn't worry too much about this. Just get it checked, and in the meanwhile try to rest.
