Amikacin inj..If for adult, ussually diluted with 100ml of Nacl, and run for atleast 30 min. while for kids and neonates it was ONLY diluted with 10ml Nacl and infused for 30mins.. is it not too concentrated if diluted only with 10 ml Nacl without further diluting it?
