I'm a type 1 Diabetic and I was just wondering if I'm granted to serve in the Army or anything like that.

yes there allowed to serve in army.
but my advice as also a type 1 Diabetic would no to u as it can lead to serious complications ex diabetic foot,cardiac problems and etc.

a. Adrenal dysfunction (255) of any degree.
b. Diabetes mellitus (250) of any type.
OK , now that that search is over, one thing you can do is ask whatever branch you’re wanting to serve in to give you a waiver.
You may get a desk job or something like that.
