I drink about two bottles of soda today, but I feel like I’m retaining water. How fast can I lose it by drinking water? I know I’m dehydrated… Is this why i carry water weight?
how much water weight is it possible to carry?
I think I’m going to try a two day water fast to hydrate myself?
