However I’m overweight and and i try to diet and my willpower id redicoulous, and i know that i have to get that under control however, i sometimes feel weak when i dont eat enough throughout the day, and i have noticed other sympotoms ( becasue ive researched them out ) of diabetes, like fatigue I pee often but ive been trying to do the whole water thing for loosing weight, ive been super exhausted scince before christmas but i was doing like 50 hours at work plus at home stuff( and im kind of a lazy person anyway )and my vision has been bad since i was like 5, so but anyway i keep reserching these symptoms and i alway say” oh my gosh i have that oh what if i have diabetes or blood sugar issues” and my husband and my family and even my friend that has low blood sugar has tryed to tell me dont worry your just thinking into it and even on tuesday i had a regular physical and i speak a tiny bit about it to my physician and she didnt give me a blood test all she stated was well i think you need to work on loosing weight and get your anxiety under control. So after all this (i'm sorry ) should i stop worrying or am i letting my anxiety get to me and the symptoms my body is feeling the result me making me think i have something wrong. Thank you
Answer:
Cyberchondria is a colloquial term for hypochondria in individuals who have researched medical conditions on the Internet. The media and the Internet often contribute to hypochondria, as articles, Television shows and advertisements regarding serious illnesses such as cancer and multiple sclerosis (some of the common diseases hypochondriacs think they have) often portray these diseases as being random, obscure and somewhat inevitable. Inaccurate portrayal of risk and the identification of non-specific symptoms as signs of serious illness contribute to exacerbating the hypochondriac’s fear that they actually have that illness.
Ok now that we’ve gotten through that ,lets get down to the nitty gritty. Exercise is great for a fat body as well as mental health. So here’s how you can kill 2 birds with one stone.
Nordic walking can be done year round in any climate and anywhere a person of any age or capability might otherwise walk without poles. It combines simplicity and accessibility of walking with simultaneous core and upper body conditioning similar to Nordic skiing. The result is a full-body walking workout that can burn significantly more calories without a change in perceived exertion or having to walk faster, due to the incorporation of many massive core, and other upper-body muscles which comprise more than 90% of the body's total muscle mass and do work against resistance with each stride. 'Normal walking' utilizes less than 70% of muscle mass with full impact on the joints of the legs and feet.
Nordic Ski Walking produces up to a 46% increase in energy consumption compared to walking without poles.[1]
Benefits
Compared to regular walking, Nordic walking involves applying force to the poles with each stride. Nordic walkers use more of their entire body (with greater intensity) and receive fitness building stimulation not as present in normal walking for the chest, lats, triceps, biceps, shoulder, abdominals, spinal and other core muscles. This extra muscle involvement leads to enhancements over ordinary walking at equal paces such as:
increased overall strength and endurance in the core muscles and the entire upper body
significant increases in heart rate at a given pace
greater ease in climbing hills
burning more calories than in plain walking
improved balance and stability with use of the poles
significant un-weighting of hip, knee and ankle joints
effective weight bearing exercise - creates positive total body bone density-preserving stress
I use plain old wooden sticks, works well>
Kewl!
Now get with it . At least 30 minutes a day. Come on now. Do it.
Answer:
Doesn't sound like you have diabetes. But you can always have your doctor do an HbA1c blood test. It's more reliable than a home glucometer test. Then you won't have to worry about it.
You need more intensive treatment for you anxiety. A pill is not going to help much without individual therapy to help you work out your issues.
Answer:
Check your blood sugar.
Answer:
In order to rule out any of the endocrine problems you’ve to go see your physician and do the whole battery of blood testing. So make your appointment to get a complete physical exam with appropriate blood draws.
Being exhausted can come from the economy we currently live in where most don’t know who will get the next round of pink slips.
This will cause all sorts of severe chronic conditions. Being at home all the time being a couch spud will kill! Exercise is energizing!! try walking and speaking to the birds and trees!
Get the physicians visit programmed so you can find out what’s causing this problem.
