i had sweet breakfast, after a while i felt like I'm sick? this insane headache and feels like I'm gonna vomit, i feel horrible! i can't explain
i got my blood sugar tested at home and i got 75, how can this happen even tho i've had a sweet meal?
also yesterday i've passed out, but i was feeling Ok before i do,
i don't know if it's related to blood sugar,
as far as i know i am not diabetic, but i do use (Faverin) or (fluvoxamine) for treating depression.
i don't think the medicine caused it, cos i've felt like this a while back but no passing out occurred
Thanks for your time! appreciate your help

Answer:
It is possible you are experiencing reactive hypoglycemia. This is where you spike after you eat that sweet breakfast and then your BG level crashes. The headache etc isn’t caused by the low as 75 is not low. It is more likely caused by the rapid rise and even faster crash. Try testing 45 minutes after eating a similar meal and then every 15 minutes until you go low. If that’s what is happening your doctor needs to order a OGTT test.
Answer:
I'm not diabetic, but if I go too long without eating my sugar crashes and I'll get really sick and pass out. Eating something sweet helps to recover from the crashes…
Maybe you should eat a regular breakfast instead of a super sweet one, coming off really sugary foods can make you crash. Like how you crash after energy drinks.
Answer:
cross check ur symptoms with real symptoms of diabetes to know where u stand.
Diabetes Symptoms:
• Severe pain in calf muscles [below knee joints], reeling sensation after heavy lunch/dinner, unhealed wounds/injuries/gum infections, excessive thirst/hunger, excessive urination, blurred vision and above all tensions add to the chief symptoms of diabetes.
but, don't worry. see a physician at once.
