Answer:
I'd state 4.5 is a rather low blood sugar level. I’ve diabetes, type 2, tablet controlled. I was put on some additional tablets recently and they shot me down very low and yes, I went faint, clammy, sweaty and generally thought I was going to pass out. I don't know about the strong urine smell mind you!! When I checked my blood sugars, I was very low and had to get some food, biscuits, in fast. I recovered swift but I called the physician and was told to come off the new tablets.
I'd recommend you go speak with your doctor about what's going on because more and more people these days are being diagnosed with this condition. It can be serious, no doubt about that, but it is manageable. But you should be diagnosed properly, which cannot be done around here!
Answer:
I dont think the glucometer from which you’ve tested your blood sugar is right
4.5 cant be the measurement….
60 or 70 mg/dL (3.3 or 3.9 mmol/L) is commonly cited as the lower limit of normal glucose
Here are the major symptoms of low blood sugar:-
You suddenly become very hungry
Your skin color becomes more pale than usual
You feel shaky
You feel weak
Your heart rate speeds up
Your mouth feels numb
You suddenly feel very fatigued or sleepy
You start to feel dizzy and have to sit down
You begin to get a headache
Your thinking becomes confused and you can’t concentrate
You start to sweat for no reason
Your vision becomes blurry
You should consult a medical physician nearby…..
Ask him to take the blood glucose level both fasting and pp
Answer:
Do you drink a lot of tea or coffee. These will give these symptoms. Also your blood sugar dips too low so you may not be eating the right kind of food. Eat only whole foods, rice, bread, veg, cereal etc. Stay off white flour and cakes etc and cut down on tea and coffee. Also get a diabetic test at Physicians just in case. You could be developing type 2.
Answer:
4.5 is fine but you clearly have something wrong with you and should see a physician instead of messing around asking unqualified people what they think might or may not be the matter. It could be a kidney problem, a urinary tract infection, chemical imbalance or any number of other things and not even a physician who was a medical genius would diagnose you on line.
Answer:
Hypoglycemia suspected. Home monitoring of blood glucose levels will show readings lower than 50 mg/dL.. For many purposes, plasma glucose levels below 70 mg/dl or 3.9 mmol/L are considered hypoglycemic
Answer:
with the symptom's you could have a bad urine infection, take a urine sample to your doctor or practise nurse they’ll be able to tell you what ever it is you need it checking out ok hope you feel superior soon
