I actually am losing weight fast can this be considered an eating disorder even if i'm not skinny ???
Answer:
Chances are you're not overweight enough to warrant a diet
BUT even if you're not overweight that doesn't mean that you can't follow these hints/tips which won’t only help you lose weight but will also help you stop being hungry and give you more energy!
I don't know whether it counts as an eating disorder, simply because of the time frame. However, it's definitely not healthy and isn't going to get you the results you're looking for. Losing weight is one of those things where this is no swift fix - not one that's going to stick, anyway!!
I think there's three components to successfully losing weight.
ONE
Eating HEALTHY! Avoid deep fried food, soft drink, chocolates, sweets. If you're not super active, try and cut down on the carbs, too. Things like white bread, pasta, noodles are all very high in carbohydrates. Carbs cop a lot of flack in terms of people avoiding them… which is a shame because you NEED carbs in a balanced diet, it's just important to make sure your carb intake isn't large compared to your activity level. Snack regularly - nuts, celery sticks, carrots and fruit make great snacks. Try and have a large breakfast (not high in sugar or fat, but high in carbs is good!) and eat dinner as early as you can so that you’ve more of an chance to burn off what your eating without depriving your body of nutrients!
Eating healthy also involves drinking a lot of water… 2L, in fact. Dehydration is also a leading cause of being hungry! Strange, huh? So if you feel hungry, have a drink bottle handy and drink some water. Milk is also good because of the calcium, but two 250ml glasses is adequate per day.
Having a multivitamin in the morning can also help boost your energy and give you to motivation you need to bounce through the day
TWO
EXERCISE! No, don't expect yourself down at the gym for five hours every day. Walking is great exercise, as is running or skipping (yes - skipping!). If getting all hot and flustered isn't your thing, why not try swimming?
Try and exercise for half an hour a day, at least. Take the stairs rather than the lift and power walk places (even though it can sometimes make you look like a dill!) I’ve an exercise bike in front of the tellie, which I find really handy, so I'm burning calories and enjoying my favourite show at the same time! Stretches (like touching your toes etc) will make you feel good and release endorphins more quickly than more sustained exercise (like walking). Endorphins are neurotransmitters in the brain which make you feel happy :):)
THREE
Lifestyle - yes, your everyday life is going to need to change if you're serious about not only weight loss, but initiating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Have one day per week when the exercise/eating rules don't apply - give yourself a break! I know most people like this to be on a friday or a sunday
Getting 9hrs sleep a night should also help with energy/motivation which will in turn help you stick to your guns exercise/diet wise.
If you’ve trouble getting up in the morning, sleep with a window open so the room lightens or go outside as soon as you wake up because exposure to sun can help set healthy sleeping patterns.
See your friends, study, go shopping, hang out! Balance is the key.
And if you slip or have a bad day, the next day is the first day of the rest of your life ![]()
Answer:
You'll put it all back on again when you stop doing what your doing.
If you really want to loose weight, do it the proper way.
You obviously have really low self esteem
I can relate as a fat girl haha and sometimes it gets to me but you’ve to realize 1, that if your not doing it for yourself it wont work, and 2, people that do that cruel kind of stuff are not worth anything!!
Focus your energy on getting that mofo back.. Revenge is the best cure for a broken heart >;D

Yes it is darling. I did the same thing when I was young and had hit puberty and had curves no one else did and some people especially immature completely irrelevant boys will be unkind and flat out tiny bastards. That being stated, you’ve to comprehend a drastic reduction of food intake in combination with a constant obsession of what you're eating in combination of how you will currently view your body is a disorder. As a biochemist I can not start to tell you how harmful it is to your body to simply stop eating. sure your body consumes/eats fat but it's because it is completely devoid of vitally important carbs, fatty acids, proteins nutrients, etc… needed to synthesize as well as degarde or “break down” certain things in your body and is trying to use your nutrient-less fat. you also need to know that around half of thing our body needs to have to live (things broken down from foods) are not naturally produced and so therefore must be consumed. there are some very healthy and beneficial ways to lose fat, maintain it without permanently screwing up your metabolism and they don't include starvation, pills, nor exesive exercise and its relatively simple
