I often feel dizzy and have a uncommon rapid heart beat when I'm reading or watching Television. And a few times a week I’ve these weird cramps in my spleen I think or some kind of pain around my liver. I told my parents and they just tell me to eat more vegetables. So that's what I did. But I'm still having this weird symptoms… I've read that this has something to do with my red blood cells? Can someone please explain what this means, if you comprehend? ;p
Answer:
red blood cells - basically u dont have enough iron in ur blood which makes ur blood pressure drop swiftly which then makes u pass out, feel dizzy, rapid heart beat, ur hearing goes funny (as if theres a drum over them) and u feel sick. the ideal way to halt it happening is lie down when u feel weird, it grants blood to travel to ur head and it shd help.
vegetables WONT make the blindest bit of difference!
all u shud do is go 2 the dr, they will give u a blood test or anaemia. its very common around mid teens and into ur 20s, its basically just hormones going haywire & can sometimes cause panic attacks. I cant even look at a cut or think of injections and blood tests without going funny!
when u get ur blood test ask if they can take ur blood when ur lying down, then u wont pass out (very good advice i learnt the hard way lol)
the drs will probably pescribe u iron pills to basically boots ur red blood cells & they will also make ur periods more frequent and normal if theyr not already (strange period cycles are often a result of anaemia because ur body doesnt have enough iron so not enough blood cells are being produced so ur body cant afford to lose blood - clever really) ul grow out of anaemia in a while, its not a disease its just a slight condition tht will end and probably never come back, just be careful =]
good luck

Answer:
You should see a physician.
Anemia could explain the dizziness and the rapid heart rate, but all most people fell is tired. This also does not explain the pain in your abdominal cavity.
Anemia is a lack of oxygen in the blood stream. It has many causes. The most common is an iron deficiency. Iron forms hemoglobin and carries oxygen to your body in the blood stream. But there are several types and I won't bore you with all of them here.
Bottom line is go to the doctor and get checked out, the abdominal pains are not normal and they are a serious symptom.
Answer:
You should go to your doctor. He can tell you if you have anemia.
There are different types of anemia. But most common in females is related to low iron. The best way to repair this is to eat more iron rich foods, or take supplements. But supplements can really upset your stomach. And you shouldn't take them unless your doctor suggests them, they have the ability to be hazardous if you don’t need them.
There are other types of anemia, if you are interested in learning about them, just do an on the web search, or talk to your physician.
