I feel kind of sick whenever I go outside and it's really hot. My hands start to go numb and my feet do too. My parents think it was food poisoning, but I felt it yesterday a bit. Am I not keeping hydrated?
Im going to see a doctor this day to get it checked out

Dehydration.
You said yourself your not keeping Hydrated. Drink ampel water, if you do not, you will be put in the hospital for Dehydration.
