its a white bump on her tounge and its weird.we dont know if she sucked her thumb too hard or if its an illness. she has had a fever too

I'm sorry, but I don't think that was from sucking her tongue if she has a fever, you should go to the doctor, It could be a small infection or a virus, but don't take the risk of not taking her.
