So…since a year or two ago, it was sometimes a pain in the @$$ to go to loo. When I defecate it's like some razor blade passing through my rectum. When I cleaned up my anus was bleeding, sometimes pretty bad. I didn't go to a physician cuz it usually healed after a week or two.

Three weeks ago I'm having this again, but this time it didn't heal as fast. Sometimes it hurts real bad, sometimes not as much. But it bleeds everytime. I was reading something about anal fissure and now I'm a little scared. I'm in college and falls into the “high-risk” group for that condition too. oh man, am I really seeing a physician for this!? I know I am, but dang, what the hell man, am I really having this?!

Answer:
If it comes when you have a rough movement that requires a lot of straining it can be either hemorrhoids or an anal fissure. Either way, some easy steps you can take to avoid its recurrence are to increase fiber and water intake to make the stool better formed and softer. Also, eliminate or reduce your intake of low digestible Food such as corn, seeds, and nuts.

If the bleeding does not heal but turns chronic, see a physician. Also, be sure to keep the area clean through proper hygiene and think about possibly using a wet wipe instead of dry paper as it will reduce potential aggrevation as well.

Don't worry about seeing a physician about this… superior to have it looked at and fixed than develop into something way more serious and have to explain why you didn't seek treatment early.

Oh your going to love this one.

When you consider all the pain you have gone threw and all that blood, Now think about this,

As your on your hands and knee's on the examining table and the physician pulles out his gloves, and say's just relax,

then from behind his back he pulls out his old trusted duck billed asshole stretcher, and as you feel the tip going in and think OK not so bad, just remember it was me that told you you still have 9 inches to go.

The best advice you'll probably get from here is go to the doctors. It far from normal.. And are you under a lot of stress with classes and stuff?? Personal Problems?

GOOD LUCK but go to the doctors and see what they say.. Don't want to put it off any longer even if you don't have time too…
