Should I go to hospital?

-I am finding it hard to breathe because my throat feels swollen.
-My tonsils are imflamed
-My right gland is really swollen, the left one isn't as swollen.
-I have having trouble swallowing
-My left side of my torso hurts

“My Glands are like the alps.” Lol, meaning they're very swollen.
I've been having trouble breathing aswell, and my throat hurts when i swallow. She diagnosed me with tonsilitis viral infection, but you should still get checked out.
