Should I sue my hospital?

I came in for a routine appendix type operation. However when they performed surgery they accidentally nicked my kidney and now I'm on permanent dialysis. I thought that I smelled alcohol on the doctor's breath.

I should have known that the place was stupid when they asked me to climb in the back of the van.

yes you should, not only should you sue the hospital, you should also sue the doctor that did the operation and the anesthesiologist….you have every right to sue them….its in the patient bill of rights…
