Urinary tract infection or kidney infection. Drink a lot of water & cranberry juice. Get over the counter AZO Standard (AZO Cranberry is for prevention not cure the AZO Standard is for cure) sold at most grocers/pharmacies for a few bucks. It will turn your urine an orangish color though & stain clothing, so may want to wear something down there to prevent stains until it goes away.

After you follow the package directions if it still doesn't go away, see a dr. It should work just fine though. Always drink plenty of water & cranberry juice to prevent this in the future.
