What are the most common reasons a patient would be referred to gastrologist?

Just a simple list..don't need to get into great detail.

well I just recently had some experience with going to the gastroentomologist.

I had a cat scan done because I thought I had a tumor on my ovaries, which I did but they also found a lesion on my colon.

But you could be referred cuz you have lot of heart burn, a lot of diarrhea, things like that, if you have a lot of pain in your stomach area. I also have gallbladder stones. so I have to go back cuz that area is starting to injured!!!
It's not easy getting older!!
