Sometimes when I take a deep breath my chest cracks. It happens pretty much each day. Is this normal?
Answer:
No, it's not normal. You should have a physician check it out. It can be asthma, allergies, bronchitis or nothing, but it's best to get it checked out and not wait too long before it gets worse. Don't take your health for granted. Make an appointment asap.
Answer:
there’s intercostal tissue connecting your ribs and each rib is separate to sometimes they crack back into place if you’ve been hunched over for a while - like when you back 'creaks' sometimes if you unfurl yiour spine when you get up - or your knee cracks when you stand up.
