Is my blood pressure too high?

I took my blood pressure this morning and it was 168

over 111

Is that too high? Should I call an ambulance or what?

if you take the blood pressure test right after eating, it will show high.. wait a few hours and take it again.. also try taking it sometimes before you eat.. i take one aspirin a day 2 pervent a big stroke..
