can someone please get thses thoght out of my head i keep feeling my hearts about to cease i check my pulse allday i suffer with crazy panick attacks this morning woke up head went all dizzy an mad i got a hot rush then heart started pounding then tongiht out with my girl friend it felt i couldnt feely my body then head went realy funni and felt abit stif an couldnt breath i constaly focus on my breathing allday feel i cant get enuf air i fel confused about everthink im 20 years old ive had 3 ecgs and blood test all fine 3 hospital doctors have checked me over they all say im fine just anxiety but the feelings i get all day i just worry a lot i was at my bros last ngiht i had to stand up as i couldnt breath an started feelin body was goin to shut down i get flutters in chest from time to time they have carmed down now chest ive felt like ive had about 100 heart attack when will this get superior ive noticed im gettn abit better ive had enuf i want to feel normal please help as much as ucan

you are extremly stressed out over your heart and body functions i have been there and i know the hell that it causes it is a visious cycle and i am 50 and it started for me at 18 and it has been torture you feel after while that nobody cares because we drive them crazy with our constant complaints and fears that are what we feel life threatening well my friend it is not easy you’ve to ignor your symptoms after you’ve been checked out by dr which you have and ignor ignor ignor which i know is easier said then done it takes a long while for the oanic to stop being so intense and it might effect you to some degree forever i came a long way i am hardly bothered as much and the panic is not as intense good luck to you my friend rest and enjoy your life don’t waste it on fear

Iron deficency test: Go to the mirror and pull your lower eyelid and see if the color is red or flesh color. If its flesh colored you’re lacking enough iron and should take a herbal iron like Floradix. It will take a month to see a difference. Iron carrys oxygen in your blood and if you dont have it you will feel exhausted, cold hands and feet, headaches, RLS, dull brittle hair, brittle nails, poor sleep, pale skin (see thru), shortness of breath, fatigue, poor concentration, low mood, ringing in the ears, cracks in the corner of the mouth, dizziness, fainting, sore tongue and canker sores oh and pale mucous membranes in lower eyelid.

Panick Attacks are no fun. You’re not alone. I suffered from them in college and had the same symptoms as you. Probably what’s happening is you are hyperventilating and that is what’s making you feel dizzy, etc. You should really seek professional help. They have the ability to give you some techniques or maybe even medication to help.
BTW, I finally worked my way though them after suffering from them for two or three years. I’ve not have a panic attack in ten or twelve years.
