Heart cramps?

I recently have been suffering from this weird sensation, i get a feeling like my heart has seized up although i can breath i feel a bit strange when i happens.It happens a few times a day on the left side of my chest and upper side,

i know it sounds strange but its hard to explain..imagine the feeling of cramp but only on your heart, i dont know whats causing this i had an ECG heart test about 6 months ago that came back normal although it wasnt for these symptoms, iv had this symptom for around 2 months at the most.

i play soccer but i fear playing incase this is a heart condition thats undiagnosed? or can anyone else say what they think this is
