The upshot is that the mind-body connection is very powerful and trying to minimize stress, discharge resulting tension and keep a positive attitude is the ideal shot any of us have at staying healthy. Personally, I think finding an activity you like that relaxes you is the best way to reverse the negative effects of stress and recharge yourself.
