Im just started to lose weight , i do a lot of walking not trendeus walking but just normal my bloodpressure is normal but fromwalking my heart rate goes up is that normal

Answer:
It's completely normal for your heart rate to go up while exerting yourself; in fact, a raised heart rate during exercise shows that what you're doing is effective in challenging your body to get fitter.

Good luck with your weight loss :-)

Answer:
Depends on whether this is your resting heart rate or this is during activity.

If its a relaxing heartrate, ie, when you’re just sitting around your heart is beating faster than it might be a concern.

However if it is during activity, this is normal as when your metabolism increases, and your body moves it requires more energy and oxygen thereby increasing your heart rate in order to pump blood at a higher rate throughout your body

Answer:
Any time you partake in physical activity like walking, your heart rate will go up,. It is normal.

Answer:
Yes, physical activity does increase the heart rate. Keep going and have fun!
