mass in his head by his temple on the right side. That he also has alzheimer's to. my father was in a car accident last year, which is thought to be the reason for the mass in his head. The nerologist stated that mass is a stroke. I don't know what that means. If anyone can help me comprehend that I would really appreciate it. I was in shock after the physician told us he had alzheimer's so I didn't hear much after that. Today, my dad felt strange, the pain in his head was extreme, he said he wanted to die. He had gone out shopping and had to come home due to the pain, he came home and told my mom there was something wrong with his speach. He stated something is wrong with me. My mom left the room for a minute and when she came back my father was on the sofa, it looked like he’d passed out. The position he was in, still with his coat and hat on wasn’t normal. His right eye
was slightly open. I got to their house about an hour later and he was
still passed out. I didn't call an ambulance cause my mother didn't want me to. Due to his alzheimer's he yells at her a lot and she was confused about what to do. He was out for about 3 hours. When he did wake up he was confused and didn't remember anything except the pain in his head. He was very weak and exhausted and I think he may have had a stroke. I wanted to take him to the hospital, but he wouldn't go. I stayed with him to make sure he was ok, but all he talked about was his burial wishes. If there is anyone who can tell me what the liquid mass in his head is exactly. The doctor said it was a stroke, but I don't know if that means dad has had one before or if he’s going to have one. I don't comprehend. All help and any advice would be greatly appreciated. I wanted to take him to the hospital, but
my mom thought it was best to leave him the way he was. I know if it happens again I will call the ambulance, but I need help understanding more about the stoke in his head. I don't know what it means. I’m going to speak to his doctor as soon as possible, but I just wanted to ask, cause so many of you’ve been very helpful in the past. Thanks so much

it could possibly mean that the mass in his head is a blockage, which is what caused a stroke (that already happened), or it's a blockage and can cause a stroke. (in the future.) Your father could have possibly had a stroke.. please tell a doctor this could quite possibly lead to another, more massive and fatal one if he’s not put on blood thinners (or what the doctor prescribes.)
