It isn't that bad, no fever, but weakness, tiredness, stuffy nose, clogged ears…general cold symptoms, nothing too bad and nothing to go to the physician about…but the cough hurts my throat bad each time i cough…any suggestions on what i can do to get better/make less painful?
Answer:
Tonight gargle with very warm water and Epsom Salt, about three times in a row, then go to bed, next morning you should not have a cough. Gaggle with mouth wash after you brush. Works for me, my Grandmother bless her heart, taught me that tiny remedy over 35 years ago. Be sure not swallow any Epsom Salt water it could wind up on the potty for a while.

well some home remedies are to gargle salt water, or to drink lemon juice (squeezed lemon) blended with honey. It always does the trick for me
