Author: admin

Can a human get worms like a dog can?
if so, how?

Answer:
For sure
When you eat salad or herbs which are not well washed, you can surely get them or their eggs, and it grows into your intestines.
I know a number of restaurants where they don't even wash lettuce, supposedly there are some enzymes on the leaves, that could help digest your meal.

Answer:
Well I got told a story when I was a tiny girl by my parents. They told me that if I kiss the dog I would get worms and they would have to starve me for three days then they would have to dangle a piece of steak in front of my mouth. When the worm came out they would grab it and have to physically pull it out of me.

As kids you tend to always believe your parents. It didn't stop me kissing the dog or letting my dog kiss my face but I always had this dark wondering about this happening till I was old enough to realize they’d just been telling stories. Silly me! grin

But yes … humans get worms and sometimes they have the ability to become a big problem though other times you won't even get symptoms. In children symptoms tend to be more noticeable then when you are adult. You can purchase worming tablets at the pharmacy.

Answer:
Sure…humans get worms. Pin worms are very common in children. Tape worms live in your intestines. Dogs carry ringworm and humans can get this too.
