ok…people state that you can get hiv through a cut or a wound…now from my understanding, when you’ve a cut, you bleed out so even if you come in contact with blood, your body wont suck it in or if you’re not bleeding then a scab must have formed and hiv can not access the bllod stream…is this correct?

No that's not correct. Any time you have any sort of open wound, bacteria & other things can get into it. This is how people end up with infected cuts. If you have an open cut or wound on your body, you could potentially contract HIV that way if you're exposed to it.
