I had the same problem:even the thought of shots/blood drawn was enough to make me cry but I got over it and so will you if you have counseling and face your fear as I did. Im fine now and you will be too. Best of luck to you =]

I assume you mean like getting shots? getting help is not something to be afraid or ashamed of. My little sister who is 11 has an extreme phobia of getting shots, before hand she is just a mess. I don't know how old you are, but relax your arm as much as you dig your nails into your hand on the other arm, sit on the lap of your mother of father (if you are a child) turn and look the other way, and have them talk calmly into your ear. Don't be ashamed, everyone has irrational fears. Hope i helped!!
