Question about colds?

I was sneezing and my nose wouldn’t stop running yesterday. I thought it was allergies and I swiftly realized it was a cold

I didn’t go to work today as I feel horrible. The sneezing has stopped and the nose isn’t running as much, but my shoulders, head and stomach all ache. I also feel my ears are really plugged and I feel dizzy. Why do I’ve totally differnt symptoms then yesterday, where I couldn’t stop sneezing, my nose wouldn’t stop and my eyes injured. Now I’ve the other symptoms . . .what’s going on????
