When Semen Goes Into An Open Wound, can you get HIV?

This is humiliating, but when I masturbated some of my semen went into a cut on my hand. I don't have HIV, yet is it possible that I have the ability to get it?

If it's your own ejaculate and you didn't have it before, you can't get it. You can only get it that way from someone else who has it. You shouldn't have anything to worry about.
