What disease should i write for my science speech?

I was going to a disease about blood cravings but i couldn't find anything… is that even a disease?

So i found a few
Albinism
Neurosis (whatever that is)
Psychosis

or the blood craving one which i dont know what the name of the disease is or if it actually exists.

If you have any requests on which disease i should do please tell me them.. i'd like to do a rare but interesting disease
