Uncut men aren't any more unclean than cut, as long as they practice proper hygene and wash regularly. They also might have better sexual stimulation because the foreskin has nerve endings in it.

As for if it's a huge deal, it all seems to pretend on #1. the man, #2. the internet and #3. if a woman cares.

Some women prefer cut, some like uncut, and others don't care either way.
