i'm just getting over a common cold i still have a stuffy nose and chesty cough and am now bringing up phylum i feel a tiny sick with this and i am worried i am going to be sick as i have a fear of being sick,
can i be sick or is this just normal for a common cold?
Answer:
Usually the common cold has symptoms like burning in the nose or throat, you could get a slight cough, and an over all miserable feeling. If you're worried about being sick I would advise you in seeing a professional. But it would just be your body ridding itself of the illness. Bacteria and such get caught up in the mucus and ejected from the body. But again, if it gets worse, or you fear that it could get worse, seeing a professional would be your ideal bet.
Answer:
yes. you are sick and should be seen by a doc. however, the phylum is the key. is it green or yellow? if so you have a bacterial infection and must see a doc soon. you can stop this process by resting and taking vit.C, Zinc and others. How long have you had it is important too. You don’t want to get a problem in the lungs, so ask a doc. It could be allergies, a cold, or an infection that may affect your lungs. I don't play around with chest related illnesses…
