please help… im so sick, i have some kind of bad cold and everything possible is wrong with me lol… but the worst part is a bad caugh and chest congestion, and i have a bad headache because i cant stop caughing…
so can anyone give me some cheap home remedies to help me stop the caughing and chest congestion

i have a caugh and headache too
go take a hot shower and the headache will go away
try taking a nap and put a towel that has been soaked in cold water and twist it so the extra water comes out so it doesn'doesn't your head while your asleep.
