and what does the physician
do?
this is my first check up
each that's why im asking

Answer:
About a half hour to 45 minutes. is the usual time. It's just like sitting down with a friend who you can talk to about anything. The most important thing to remember is that you can tell him/her anything and I mean anything. He/she can't tell your parents so if he/she asks you a question you would normally be embarrassed about be honest. Physicians really need that in order to help you stay healthy.
People lie to them all the time and somehow expect the doctor be able to put the puzzle together with pieces that don't fit.
That's why there is a doctor-patient confidentiality system. So you can open up to them.

Answer:
It depends on how busy he is, and whether or not he finds anything wrong with you. Usually less than one hour. He'll check height, weight, ears, heart rate and blood pressure usually.

Answer:
checks last as long as you can pay for them
