I got a TB shot 1 week ago. I went back 2 days after the shot, the area was red, 1/2 inch long and a little?

bump. The physician did a chest xray and stated it was ok.
Is it normal to still have the redness and bump? I got these tests at a small office for employment drug testing. I'm a little freaked out about it.
