Answer:
Sounds like a bad cold or flu with a respiratory infection. But hey, I'm not a physician so don't take my word for it. The lumps in the side of your throat are probably swollen lymph nodes, typical of an infection. If your nasal discharge, from your stuffed up nose, is yellow, green or darker color then it is probably bacterial. If it is bacterial antibiotics can be of help treating your infection. BTW- Lupus is a long term arthritic disease and doesn't usually appear overnight so I doubt this is your diagnosis.
Tylenol is good for your fever, take lots of fluids, keep monitoring your temperature and if it goes above 102 see your physician or go to the E.R.
Again, I'm not a doctor as most of the people on here most likely aren't either. We are not qualified to make medical diagnosis so it is a good idea, if your symptoms persist, to see a real physician.

Answer:
for this cough and cold you must be lucky enough to get the rare diseases you mentioned—- may be your delsym couldn’t have helped your to the extent of your anxiety also it might need some antibiotics for which your family doctor might be of much use

Answer:
Go to the doctors and find out.

Answer:
